Bridget Gray, LPCC-S

Founder

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and owner of Graystone Counseling, LLC in Worthington, Ohio. In addition to being licensed in Ohio, I am also licensed to provide services, via Telehealth, to clients in Florida. I have been practicing since 2009 and supervising clinicians since 2014.

II specialize in burnout & high-functioning anxiety in individuals. My focus is on finding a path for renewal and balance. In addition, I work with teens and young adults navigating identity, academic pressure, and social challenges. Professionals coping with workplace stress, and leadership challenges. Couples seeking healthier patterns and stronger communication skills. I strive for personalized care: Every treatment plan is built around your values, strengths, and specific challenges — not a one-size-fits-all approach. I utilize evidenced based models such as CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, and somatic therapy.

Throughout my career I have been deeply engaged in the counseling profession through service, education, writing, and leadership. I have delivered continuing education presentations at multiple venues, including the All-Ohio Counseling Conference, and served as Ethics Chair for the Ohio Counseling Association in 2011. My writing has appeared in Counseling Today and The Table. In 2008 I published a memoir, My Nephew, My Son, which explores spiritual dimensions of reactive attachment disorder.

Educationally, I earned a Bachelor of Arts from Otterbein University in 1995 and a Master of Arts in Clinical Counseling from Ashland Theological Seminary in 2009. Soon after graduation I became the Assistant Director of Counseling at Ashland Theological Seminary. In 2012 I joined Arbor Counseling in Dublin, OH as a full-time counselor. I later served as a counselor and clinical lead at Foundations Family Counseling in Worthington, OH. I am currently completing a Doctor of Education in Community Care and Counseling with a focus on marriage and family therapy.
